Apollonaut sells tickets and provides booking support. Dolmabahçe Palace and its care belong to the Directorate of National Palaces, and our role gives us no authority over conservation work.

This page sets out a modest starting point: useful information, respect for the place and honesty about what our service can substantiate. We will describe an environmental action as completed only when we can explain what happened, when it happened and how it was assessed.

Before travelling, read the current visitor guidance. During a visit, follow the marked routes, respect staff instructions and follow the rules on photography. A little space for another visitor and care around historic furnishings can be part of how you experience a place.

These are suggestions for considerate visiting. They are not evidence that buying a ticket funds preservation or reduces a trip’s environmental impact.

Any future programme described here should name its purpose, the people responsible, its timeframe and the evidence behind its results. Where an outcome is uncertain, that uncertainty should remain visible.

We have no verified conservation partnership, donation programme, carbon calculation or environmental certification to announce. As our arrangements develop, this page can become a record of concrete decisions rather than a list of broad promises.
