What does the service fee cover?
The price you see includes admission and our service fee. The fee pays for our team to arrange your admission, email your tickets and help with your booking. You can see the total before you pay.
When and how will I receive my tickets?
We email your tickets as soon as they’re issued. If they haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of payment, check spam or junk, then email booking@apollonaut.com with your booking reference.
Can I change my date or time?
After processing and ticket allocation, customer-requested changes are unavailable. See the Refund policy for exceptions and statutory rights.
What is included in my ticket?
We offer six Alhambra experiences: Alhambra General (€42 adult, €35 reduced), Gardens, Generalife and Alcazaba (€33 / €28), the Nasrid Palaces at night (€33 / €28), the Generalife at night (€28 / €26), Alhambra Experiences, a night visit plus the next day (€42 / €35), and Dobla de Oro General (€50 adult). Children under 12 go free but need their own ticket, and tickets are personal.
What if I arrive late?
Follow the date, time and entry instructions on your admission ticket. Contact booking@apollonaut.com if you need help with your booking.
