Send a careful report
If you notice a possible security issue on Apollonaut.com, email info@apollonaut.com with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected page or component, a short description, when you observed it and the minimum steps needed to understand the issue.
Redact personal information, passwords, tokens and other secrets from screenshots or examples. If sensitive evidence is necessary, ask us how to share it before sending it.
Keep people and systems safe
Please stop if you encounter someone else’s information. Do not access more data than needed to recognise the issue, change or delete records, disrupt availability, attempt social engineering or test linked booking websites and hosting-provider systems on our behalf.
This page provides a reporting channel. It does not grant permission to access systems, run intrusive tests or bypass access controls, and it does not provide legal immunity or a safe-harbour promise. Ask before carrying out testing beyond ordinary use of the public website.
What happens next
We will review reports and may ask for clarification. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address a reported issue before publishing details that could put visitors at risk. We cannot promise a fixed resolution time.
This is not a bug-bounty programme: no payment or reward is promised. Reports about another website should go to that site’s operator. See our Privacy page for how we handle correspondence.
